A Sydney man appeared via his legal representative before the New South Wales Local Court in Sydney today, and pleaded guilty to all charges filed against him by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
The man pleaded guilty to four counts of unlawfully holding himself out as a registered pharmacist in contravention of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, as in force in each state and territory (the National Law).
He has never held registration as a registered health practitioner or student under the National Law with any National Board.
The matter has been adjourned for sentencing to 29 March 2019.
